About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet KPI targets for revenue through Personal Loan (PL) sales and fulfillment
- Acquire new business through cross-selling to increase market penetration
- Manage assigned leads via CRM within agreed Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Adhere to business control requirements and bank policies to ensure quality growth
- Direct telesales activities toward meeting monthly sales targets
- Maintain service standards and monitor performance for productivity and efficiency
- Manage assigned portfolio relationships through outbound channels
- Ensure end-to-end customer service and focused penetration of target segments
Requirements
- Diploma or Highschool qualification
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Personal Banking (PMU, Relationship Management, Telesales, or Services)
- Strong analytical and logical skills
- Sound market knowledge and understanding of Personal Banking
- Technical skill set across diverse banking products
