Business Development Officer

Responsibilities

• Meet KPI targets for revenue through Personal Loan (PL) sales and fulfillment
• Acquire new business through cross-selling to increase market penetration
• Manage assigned leads via CRM within agreed Turnaround Time (TAT)
• Adhere to business control requirements and bank policies to ensure quality growth
• Direct telesales activities toward meeting monthly sales targets
• Maintain service standards and monitor performance for productivity and efficiency
• Manage assigned portfolio relationships through outbound channels
• Ensure end-to-end customer service and focused penetration of target segments

Requirements

• Diploma or Highschool qualification
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Personal Banking (PMU, Relationship Management, Telesales, or Services)
• Strong analytical and logical skills
• Sound market knowledge and understanding of Personal Banking
• Technical skill set across diverse banking products
