About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly assigned sales targets
- Direct telesales activities to meet sales objectives
- Develop and implement telesales strategies
- Monitor and evaluate performance to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Drive cross-selling efforts
- Analyze received leads and convert them into sales
- Update systems following customer calls
- Process customer requests and offers
- Follow up with departments to ensure timely fulfillment of requests
- Resolve customer issues and escalate to Team Lead when necessary
- Maintain records of approvals, requests, and reports
Requirements
- University degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar work environment
- Practical marketing background preferred
- Strong sales and customer focus
- Ability to work under pressure and think creatively
- Excellent presentation skills
- Analytical and computer skills
- Result-driven attitude and team player
