About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets through telesales activities
- Manage relationships of assigned portfolios via outbound channels for Personal Loan sales and fulfillment
- Generate revenue through Personal Banking Personal Loan sales
- Acquire new business through cross-selling to increase market penetration
- Manage assigned leads via CRM within agreed turnaround times (TAT)
- Ensure end-to-end customer service and adherence to bank policies and control requirements
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Personal Banking (PMU, Relationship Management, Tele Sales, or Services)
- Diploma or High School qualification
- Strong analytical and logical skills
- Sound market knowledge and understanding of Personal Banking
- Technical skill set across diverse banking products
