About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly KPIs assigned
- Direct telesales activities to meet sales targets
- Maintain service standards and monitor performance for productivity and efficiency
- Manage assigned portfolio relationships through outbound channels
- Generate revenue through Personal Banking Personal Loan Sales
- Ensure end-to-end customer service and quality growth in earnings
- Acquire new business through cross-selling
- Manage assigned leads via CRM within agreed TAT
- Adhere to bank policies and control requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Highschool education
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Personal Banking (PMU, Relationship Management, Telesales, or Services)
- Strong analytical and logical skills
- Sound market knowledge and Personal Banking understanding
- Sound technical skill set across diverse products
