Business Development Officer - SME - Sales

Responsibilities

• Source new business banking current accounts
• Ensure accounts are funded according to KPI expectations
• Generate fee income through Foreign Exchange, Trade, Bancassurance, and Deposits
• Prospect in targeted markets via phone calls and face-to-face visits
• Present and sell business banking products and services professionally
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain and develop customer relationships to enhance cross-selling
• Adhere to Bank's KYC and AML policies
• Conduct micro marketing activities and participate in Business Banking events
• Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM
• Participate in team activities, training, and mandatory compliance sessions

Requirements

• Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs
• Proficiency in prospecting and relationship management
• Knowledge of KYC and AML compliance guidelines
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to handle objections and increase product take-up rates
