About the role
Responsibilities
- Sourcing new to business banking current accounts
- Ensuring accounts are funded as per KPI expectations
- Generating fee income via Foreign Exchange, Trade, Bancassurance, and Deposits
- Prospecting in targeted markets through phone calls and face-to-face visits
- Presenting and selling business banking products and services ethically
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships for cross-sell opportunities
- Adhering to Bank's KYC & AML policies
- Conducting micro marketing activities and participating in business banking events
- Recording sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and updating CRM
- Participating in team activities, training, and coaching
Requirements
- Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs
- Knowledge of KYC and AML compliance guidelines
- Experience in business banking or SME sales
- Strong relationship management and objection handling skills
