About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage customer retention activities for Personal Loans and Finance products
- Handle Liability Letter requests, fresh and top-up loan opportunities
- Facilitate loan rescheduling and restructuring solutions
- Ensure timely processing of requests within service turnaround times
- Maintain adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- University graduate or diploma
- Minimum 2 years banking experience
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Credit and product knowledge
- Regulatory and compliance awareness
- Attention to detail and documentation control
