About the role
Responsibilities
- Research target accounts and execute outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound and outbound interest and route opportunities to account executives
- Partner with field marketing to execute post-campaign and post-event follow-up plans
- Maintain accurate records of accounts, contacts, and activities in CRM systems
- Provide regular updates on progress and blockers to management
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or B2B marketing
- Experience or strong interest in enterprise software, fintech, or payments technology
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to conduct structured account and contact research
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting field marketing or account-based marketing programs
- Familiarity with payments, real-time payments, or fraud prevention
- Experience using sales engagement and marketing automation systems
- Ability to operate in a matrixed global organization
