About the role
Responsibilities
- Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales accepted leads
- Respond to product inquiries and follow up on marketing-generated leads
- Gather actionable intelligence on assigned accounts
- Manage email and cold-calling campaigns to generate new prospects
- Track customer communication accurately in Salesforce.com
- Schedule demonstrations between Commercial Sales team and potential customers
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic and English language skills
- Highly motivated, competitive personality with good attention to detail
- Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills
- Previous experience in a goal-driven environment preferred
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is a bonus
