Business Development Representative BB

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers and target accounts
• Prospect for new business opportunities through phone calls, email, social media, and other channels
• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective customers and generate qualified leads
• Qualify prospects based on their needs, business requirements, and potential fit
• Schedule meetings, demonstrations, and sales calls for qualified prospects
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in the CRM system
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams
• Meet or exceed lead generation, meeting, and pipeline targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in business development, sales development, lead generation, or inside sales
• Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification
• Experience using CRM systems and managing prospect information
• Demonstrated ability to meet activity, meeting, or lead-generation targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work
• English proficiency
