Business Development Representative BD

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers and target accounts
• Prospect for new business opportunities via phone, email, and social media
• Conduct outbound outreach and generate qualified leads
• Qualify prospects based on needs and business requirements
• Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales team
• Maintain accurate prospect information in the CRM system
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Meet or exceed lead generation and pipeline targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in business development, sales development, or inside sales
• Proven track record of outbound prospecting and lead qualification
• Experience using CRM systems to manage prospect data
• Demonstrated ability to meet activity and lead-generation targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
• English proficiency
