About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive inbound sales growth and identify new leads through inbound channels
- Showcase benefits of the SaaS Source Code Escrow platform
- Advise customers and build relationships through excellent customer service
- Prepare email sequences and respond promptly to customer emails
- Follow up with leads via email or phone
- Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates
- Conduct online platform demos
- Create and negotiate offers to close deals
- Upsell to active customers
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales role with a record of meeting targets
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
- Problem-solving skills and ability to address customer pain points
- Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms and tools
- Time management and ability to prioritize
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
- Enjoy giving online demos
- Experience working with diverse companies and industries
