About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers and target accounts
- Prospect for new business opportunities via phone, email, and social media
- Conduct outbound outreach and generate qualified leads
- Qualify prospects based on needs and business requirements
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate prospect information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Meet or exceed lead generation and pipeline targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in business development, sales development, or inside sales
- Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Proficiency using CRM systems and managing prospect data
- Demonstrated ability to meet activity and lead-generation targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
