Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Build and work target account lists across U.S. dispensaries
• Execute multi-channel outreach via call, email, and social
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and Account Managers
• Log activity and pipeline data in HubSpot and Salesforce
• Meet weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets
• Provide market intelligence on competitive signals and regional trends

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a sales, BDR/SDR, or outbound prospecting role
• Track record of hitting activity and pipeline-generation targets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Coachable, growth-oriented mindset
• Organizational skills to manage high volume outreach

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior outbound sales experience and target list prioritization skills
• Experience with sales engagement tools and call intelligence platforms like Gong
• Experience selling into retail, POS, fintech, or regulated vertical SaaS markets
• Interest in or exposure to the cannabis industry
