About the role
Responsibilities
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Run outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails and social outreach
- Move prospects through the sales funnel with Account Executives
- Maintain accurate lead activity records in the CRM
- Partner with marketing on lead generation and outreach campaigns
- Keep learning the product, industry trends and competitor landscape
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Competitive, results-driven mindset
- 1-3 years of outbound prospecting experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Start-up or AI-native company experience
- Experience as a founding BDR or building a BDR function
