About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients via email, phone and social media within SLA
- Manage and track client interactions in HubSpot and Salesforce
- Handle high email volume while keeping interactions personalized
- Keep client information organized and up to date
- Optimize processes without sacrificing quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role
- Creativity and storytelling skills
- Active listening and empathy
- Problem solving and critical thinking
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
- HubSpot experience or certification
- Bachelor's degree in Communication or Marketing
- Atlassian tool stack experience
