About the role
Responsibilities
- Own nurture of current leads in HubSpot before introducing them to the Growth Manager
- Run multi-channel outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn and event follow-up
- Qualify leads against the ideal customer profile before booking meetings
- Book meetings with prospects attending conferences and trade shows
- Keep HubSpot accurate and prepare handoff notes for the Growth Manager
- Help refine messaging and sales enablement materials
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years in a BDR, SDR, lead nurture or similar business development role
- Understanding of selling into MedTech, healthcare or other regulated industries
- Working proficiency with CRMs and pipeline management
- Strong written communication for personalized outreach
- Confident in live settings, including trade shows
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot experience
- Experience selling digital marketing or agency services
- Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare privacy concerns
