Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume daily outbound outreach to executive leaders and board members at nonprofit organizations, foundations, and endowments
- Research and engage key decision-makers using LinkedIn and other prospecting tools
- Clearly and persuasively communicate our value proposition, tailored to each organization's needs
- Qualify prospective institutions and hand off warm opportunities to the sales team
- Log and manage all outreach activity, notes, and lead status in our CRM
Requirements
- Prior experience in direct outbound sales, tele-sales, or business development
- High energy and comfort with sustained daily outbound calling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for speaking with senior executives
- Self-motivated and coachable attitude
- Ability to work within a CRM and prospecting tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other prospecting platforms
- Familiarity with financial, investment, or consulting concepts
