About the Company
QED is a tech company focused on public health and food security in Sub-Saharan Africa. We build the digital infrastructure and AI used at the intersection of aid and scientific inquiry, including surveillance of HIV and malaria, and nutrient analysis of crops and soils, working at national-scale in several African countries.
Responsibilities
- Help QED expand its business and impact across Africa and beyond
- Engage with governments and philanthropic organizations on national-scale projects
- Drive business development efforts to increase organizational impact
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with technology sales
- Experience working with governments and philanthropic organizations
- Proven history of sales accomplishments with supporting data
- Strong network of connections to heads of relevant organizations and governments
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
- Willingness to travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Domain expertise in public health, agriculture, or education
- Significant multi-year experience living in the Global South
- Fluency in foreign languages
