Business Development Team Lead (GCC)

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on the GCC market
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with regional goals
• Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners
• Provide training and guidance to team members on market trends, sales techniques, and company offerings
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience
• Analyse team performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management
• Attend and lead team participation in expos, conferences, and client meetings

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, with a focus on GCC, including 2 years in a team lead role
• Excellent command of Arabic and English language
• Proven success in managing and motivating high-performing sales teams
• Strong understanding of GCC financial markets, IB networks, and trading regulations
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
