About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on the GCC market
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with regional goals
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners
- Provide training and guidance to team members on market trends, sales techniques, and company offerings
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience
- Analyse team performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management
- Attend and lead team participation in expos, conferences, and client meetings
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, with a focus on GCC, including 2 years in a team lead role
- Excellent command of Arabic and English language
- Proven success in managing and motivating high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of GCC financial markets, IB networks, and trading regulations
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
