Business Development/Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers and decision-makers
• Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and client meetings to acquire new clients
• Present recruitment solutions and service offerings to prospective clients
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements
• Negotiate commercial terms and close recruitment contracts
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of candidates
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update opportunities in the CRM
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Attend networking events and business meetings to generate leads
• Prepare weekly sales reports and revenue forecasts

Requirements

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and staffing industry
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment or HR services
• CRM proficiency (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
