About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the quarterly OKR cycle and translate leadership direction into team objectives
- Uncover pain points and implement solutions to streamline operations
- Document and standardize processes through SOPs and templates
- Administer and optimize internal tools including CRMs and project management software
- Build automations and integrations using tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Define KPIs and build dashboards to track process performance
- Coach teams to ensure adoption of new workflows and tools
Requirements
- 4+ years in business operations, enablement, or strategy execution
- Hands-on experience with OKR frameworks
- Expertise in process mapping and documentation
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms
- Proficiency in building automations with Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Experience using AI tools to automate workflows
- Strong problem-solving and systematic thinking skills
