About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional channel sales strategy across the MEA region
- Drive revenue growth through distributors, VARs, MSSPs, and strategic partners
- Recruit, onboard, enable, and manage high-value channel partners
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with cybersecurity vendors and distributors
- Lead and mentor regional sales teams to ensure achievement of revenue targets
- Develop business plans, sales forecasts, and pipeline management strategies
- Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion across MEA
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement go-to-market strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in IT and/or Cybersecurity Sales
- At least 7 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Distribution Leadership
- Strong exposure to and understanding of the Middle East, Africa, and India markets
- Proven experience managing strategic partnerships and regional business growth
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- MBA is highly preferred
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications are considered advantageous
