Business Management Support, COO Office

Responsibilities

• Support the integration of securities trading business into Global Financial Market operations, aligning systems, processes, and workflows
• Lead key projects including HK T+1 settlement cycle and trading platform alignment
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets for integration efforts
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Front Office, IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations) to mitigate disruptions
• Manage vendor contractors and establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and senior management
• Monitor post-integration effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
• Drive strategic cost management and annual budget planning

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience with equity-based products
• At least 3 years of experience in project management
• Proven experience in large-scale business integration or mergers within financial institutions
• Strong understanding of securities trading flow, trading platforms, and risk management systems
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Investment bank equity trading experience preferred
