Job Description

About the Company Deel and our family of growing companies are made up of global teams dedicated to helping businesses hire anyone, anywhere, easily. The team comprises over three thousand self-driven individuals spanning over 100 countries. After our successful Series D in 2021, we raised another $50M in 2023, doubling our valuation to $12B.

Responsibilities

  • Executing on the Deel's global expansion strategy across operations, products, and new markets.
  • Lead and execute End-to-end project management on top business priorities.
  • Process design and improvement, particularly for operations at scale.

Requirements

  • Have 5 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have previous experience in at least one of the following: fast growth startup, program management role in tech, top-tier management consulting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building consumer/business facing products.
  • Passionate about the future of work.
  • Advanced working knowledge of SQL.
