About the role
Responsibilities
- Run continuous improvement cadence across the process landscape
- Own the process vault and ensure SOP adoption
- Maintain internal Notion project management tracker
- Support product release processes and operational readiness
- Act as an operational connective layer across business lines
- Manage data pulls and spreadsheet-based reporting for departmental initiatives
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in process, project management, or business operations
- Experience in AdTech, SaaS, or the WordPress ecosystem
- Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC)
- Ability to build structured spreadsheet models and dashboards
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate documentation and process work
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and define ownership
