Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and coordinate cross-functional teams including Support, Marketing, and Development
• Manage projects, maintain documentation, and ensure timely delivery of tasks
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and industry partners
• Monitor website user experience, conversion performance, and report bugs
• Conduct competitive intelligence by analyzing industry trends, pricing, and marketing strategies
• Propose marketing initiatives and assist with email automation workflows
• Implement AI tools and automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency
• Prepare weekly reports on business performance, affiliate growth, and project status

Requirements

• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with digital and affiliate marketing
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in trading, fintech, prop firms, crypto, or online financial services
• Experience with CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics platforms
• Understanding of conversion optimization and email marketing
