About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate business operations, workflows, and processes
- Monitor daily operational activities, deadlines, and performance
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and gaps
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation
- Prepare and analyze reports, dashboards, and operational performance metrics
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to resolve issues
- Support the implementation of new processes, systems, and tools
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and operational documentation
- Track key performance indicators and provide insights for business decisions
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Business Operations Specialist, Operations Analyst, or similar role
- Experience supporting business operations and cross-functional processes
- Experience with process improvement and workflow management
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, or CRM platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management
- Reliable internet connection and suitable setup for remote work
What we look for
- Previous experience as a Business Operations Specialist or Analyst
- Experience with process improvement and workflow management
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM platforms or business management systems
- English proficiency
