About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate business operations, workflows, and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation
- Prepare and analyze reports, dashboards, and operational performance metrics
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to resolve operational issues
- Support the implementation of new processes, systems, tools, and business initiatives
- Track key performance indicators and provide insights to support business decisions
- Monitor operational risks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Business Operations Specialist, Analyst, or Coordinator
- Experience supporting business operations and cross-functional processes
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, or CRM platforms
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- English proficiency for working with English-speaking teams and stakeholders
- Reliable internet connection and suitable setup for remote work
What we look for
