About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate business operations, workflows, and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures and workflows
- Prepare and analyze reports, dashboards, and operational performance metrics
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to resolve operational issues
- Support the implementation of new processes, systems, and business initiatives
- Monitor operational risks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Business Operations Specialist, Analyst, or Coordinator
- Experience with process improvement, workflow management, and operational documentation
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, or CRM platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management
- Reliable internet connection and suitable setup for remote work
