Business Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate business operations, workflows, and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures and workflows
• Prepare and analyze reports, dashboards, and operational performance metrics
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to resolve operational issues
• Support the implementation of new processes, systems, and business initiatives
• Monitor operational risks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Operations Specialist, Analyst, or Coordinator
• Experience with process improvement, workflow management, and operational documentation
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, or CRM platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management
• Reliable internet connection and suitable setup for remote work
