About the role
Responsibilities
- Run continuous improvement cadence across the process landscape
- Own and maintain internal Notion project management tracker
- Support product release processes and operational side of launches
- Act as an operational connective layer across business lines
- Own data pulls and spreadsheet-based reporting for departmental initiatives
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in process, project management, or business operations
- Strong AdTech, SaaS, or WordPress ecosystem experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC)
- Ability to build structured spreadsheet models and use AI tools for documentation
- Comfortable with ambiguity and direct communication
