About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding Etihad products and services in a professional manner
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Update and maintain customer information and master data within company systems
- Manage promotional, pricing, and sales information for accuracy
- Process sales orders ensuring correct products, pricing, and discount levels
- Prepare and distribute regular sales and operational reports
- Provide sales teams with customer and transaction information to support account management
Requirements
- Minimum High School Certificate or higher qualification
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, administration, or ticketing
- Experience working with customer records and data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
