About the role
Responsibilities
- Own priority business and GTM searches end to end, from intake to signed offer
- Keep every search moving and every hiring manager in the loop
- Drive sourcing mix: about 60% outbound, 30% inbound, 10% referral
- Run the recruiting funnel with AI for sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling and reporting
- Track time to hire, offer acceptance and pipeline health
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting
- Track record hiring commercial or GTM roles such as sales, BD, marketing and ops
- Experience recruiting in a high-growth startup
- Proven outbound sourcing with self-built pipeline
- Owned hiring manager relationships directly
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Global or multi-region hiring experience
