Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and lead strategic lead generating activities
• Sell business set-up services to corporate and government prospects
• Conduct cold calls to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
• Track progress against targets and submit weekly work in progress reports
• Utilize the On Time CRM system to maximize opportunities
• Conduct cross-selling activities for other units within the group
• Manage the sales process from prospect development and tender receipt to proposal and closing negotiations
• Support contract compliance through negotiation of contractual and payment terms
• Ensure contract profitability through commercial evaluation and risk assessment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree qualification
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Advanced presentation and negotiation skills
• Key account management and senior relationship management skills
• Proven ability to exceed targets, KPIs, and sales goals
• Ability to prepare complex tender submissions
• Strong planning, analytical, and time management skills
