About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate calendars, meetings and logistics across the corporate office
- Track actions, deadlines and deliverables without being prompted
- Spot and improve inefficiencies in processes, reporting and communication
- Prepare summaries, data pulls, trackers and presentations for leaders
- Liaise with stakeholders across departments with discretion
- Adapt quickly when plans change and keep things moving
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years in business support, coordination, operations or similar
- Analytical, resourceful and solutions-focused
- Confident written and verbal communication
- Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities
- Strong Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace skills, good Excel and PowerPoint
- Discreet, reliable and professional
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in media, publishing or a fast-paced corporate environment
