Business Support Officer

Responsibilities

• Handle Bancatakaful customer service, complaint resolution and inquiries per bank and regulator guidelines
• Provide regular activity and results reports to product head and banca
• Contact referred customers via online channels and call center to cross-sell takaful products
• Manage and control provider authorized sales team activities and adherence to ADIB requirements
• Analyse reports on business persistency, complaints and cancellations
• Ensure complaints and enquiries are closed within agreed turnaround times
• Ensure consumer protection standards and accurate documentation for all transactions
• Complete mandatory ADIB and regulatory training

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years related banking experience
• Experience in insurance product and product development
• Sales and marketing knowledge
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Training and presentation skills
• Computer skills
