About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform integration requirements analysis
- Create user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Manage CRM business processes
- Handle data mapping and process modeling
- Drive proactive delivery within an Agile framework
Requirements
- Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or SAP
- Proficiency in API and integration concepts
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps
- Advanced English language skills
