About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Butler Services team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage guest preferences, special requests, and VIP profiles
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and service areas to maintain luxury standards
- Supervise Butler service procedures and ensure compliance with SOPs
- Train and develop new and existing Butlers through coaching and guidance
- Manage departmental resources and budgets to achieve financial goals
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments
- Handle guest concerns and implement service recovery plans
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Butler Services, Front Office, or Guest Relations
- Or a 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Hospitality Management
- Experience in luxury hospitality environments preferred
