About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all telephone correspondence within the hotel
- Answer all phone calls within 3 rings with a warm welcome
- Coordinate guest requests with relevant departments
- Maintain knowledge of Marriott Bonvoy Program, hotel occupancy, and room types
- Manage messaging functionality and guest profiles via GXP
- Prepare and manage Wake Up Call logs
- Report maintenance faults and damage to the maintenance department
- Ensure thorough daily shift handovers
Requirements
- 2 years of work experience in a luxury hotel
- Competent in messaging functionality and GXP basics
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints and coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping
