About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls according to organizational procedures and schedules
- Proactively offer customers registration for IVR and SMS services
- Escalate customer queries, complaints, and potential risks through proper channels
- Follow up with customers via telephone or email following initial sales contact
- Explain products, services, and pricing to customers
- Obtain and accurately enter customer information and orders into the system
- Initiate outbound calls to new and existing bank customers
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Cross-sell and up-sell various banking products to qualifying customers
- Maintain accurate data on all tasks and ensure customer documents are secured
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong communication skills
- Proven sales skills
- Customer resolution and problem-solving skills
