Responsibilities

  • Advise customers via telephone regarding credit protection insurance products after a loan has been concluded
  • Determine individual customer needs and provide tailored solutions using internal systems
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through strong service orientation
  • Handle incoming inquiries (no cold calling)

Requirements

  • Initial experience in sales, telesales, or customer contact
  • Service-oriented mindset with an interest in credit products
  • Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Reliable and committed work ethic
  • Ideally a completed commercial vocational training
