About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise customers via telephone regarding credit protection insurance products after a loan has been concluded
- Determine individual customer needs and provide tailored solutions using internal systems
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through strong service orientation
- Handle incoming inquiries (no cold calling)
Requirements
- Initial experience in sales, telesales, or customer contact
- Service-oriented mindset with an interest in credit products
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Reliable and committed work ethic
- Ideally a completed commercial vocational training
