Call Center Executive - Emiratized Role

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by attending to incoming calls within quality guidelines
• Handle and resolve customer complaints to satisfaction within defined authority limits
• Recommend potential products or services to management based on customer needs
• Ensure quality of inbound and outbound calls by achieving service standards and satisfaction scores
• Generate new prospects and leads for FAB products
• Maintain accurate customer records and history
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data and bank policies
• Demonstrate flexibility in adhering to scheduled and unplanned shifts

Requirements

• High School diploma
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in the banking sector
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
