Cantonese Speaking Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage prospective families from initial enquiry through to enrolment
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Drive enquiry-to-application and application-to-enrolment conversion
• Conduct consultative sales conversations and manage objections
• Follow up and re-engage prospective customers
• Work towards individual and team activity, conversion and enrolment targets
• Coordinate with admissions, customer experience, marketing and leadership
• Maintain accurate CRM records and use pipeline data to improve performance

Requirements

• Fluent Cantonese, with excellent spoken and written English
• Experience in sales, business development, account management, admissions or relationship management
• Track record of achieving commercial or performance targets
• Experience managing a pipeline in a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume, target-driven environment
