About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the global card product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Design and optimize core card product flows including onboarding, KYC, and transaction experiences
- Lead go-to-market execution for new market expansions
- Collaborate with external partners including Visa, Mastercard, and banking partners
- Define key product metrics and optimize the user journey using product analytics
- Work closely with Card Operations, Engineering, Design, and Marketing
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of product management experience in fintech, card issuing, crypto, or digital payments platforms
- Strong understanding of card management systems (CMS) and card network rules
- Proven track record of taking complex fintech products from concept to launch
- Strong user experience (UX) mindset
- Professional fluency in English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and cross-functional leadership
