About the role
Responsibilities
- Triage shared email inboxes, voicemail queues and service tickets
- Respond to client inquiries using approved templates
- Log interactions and assign follow-up tasks in Salesforce
- Migrate legacy documents to current templates
- Escalate out-of-scope requests to managers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years in administrative, customer service or coordination role
- Strong written communication and organization skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Familiarity with shared inboxes and ticketing software
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
- Experience with Freshservice or Zendesk
