About the role
Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver food and drink orders to guest rooms
- Refill minibars and manage inventory
- Set up in-room amenities including extra beds, sofa beds, and baby cribs
- Manage requests and inventory using the Synergy system
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner
